while updating my resume for the 14th time in the past fortnight I heard a strange sound-Carrie Brownstein on the NPR show "Day to Day" talking about Oprah's favorite things. it was an aural rapid fire blossoming of MY favorite things over my time in adolescence. in order Oprah 1992-1995, NPR 1990-present, Sleater-Kinney ---> Carrie Brownstien, 1995-Present.
