PLEASE REMOVE THE GRAFFITI FROM YOUR PROPERTY

FAILURE TO COMPLY … MAY RESULT IN ENFORCEMENT ACTION AGAINST YOU



6-year-old Natalie Shea isn't allowed to draw on her stoop anymore because the New York Department of Sanitation says it's graffiti must be removed. It gets better; they fined her $300.
